At Jumbo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
